Try signing out and back in, and check you're using the same login method (Google or email) you originally signed up with. If you're still stuck, email support@unseenn.uk with the email address you used to register and we'll help you regain access.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email support@unseenn.uk with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address linked to your account, and we'll remove your data within 30 days.
How do I upgrade to PRO?
Open the app and tap any locked question, flashcard, or mock test — you'll be shown the available PRO plans (1 day, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days). Payment is processed securely through Apple, Google Play, or Stripe depending on how you access the app.
How do I cancel my subscription or get a refund?
If you subscribed through the App Store, manage or cancel it in your iPhone/iPad Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If you subscribed through Google Play, go to the Play Store app → Menu → Subscriptions. If you paid directly on our website, email support@unseenn.uk and we'll help.
Which apps does UNSEENN offer?
Life in the UK Test (citizenship & ILR), Driving Theory Test, Taxi & PCO Licensing (Birmingham & Wolverhampton, more councils coming soon), and UK Visa Language Prep (B1 speaking for Trinity GESE & LanguageCert SELT, plus B2 Skilled Worker prep).
Is my progress saved if I switch devices?
Yes — if you're signed in, your progress syncs automatically. If you're using the app without an account, progress is only saved on that device.
